Foundry Partners’ Operations is located in Minneapolis within the warehouse district. Situated near Target Center and Target Field along with many restaurants, the warehouse district has long been a popular central part of Minneapolis.  With the convenient skyway system, visitors can access the heart of the cities’ financial district, the Timberwolves’ Target Center and Twins’ Target Field.  If coming to visit, we are approximately a 13 mile cab ride from the MSP airport; however, our guests have also found the Blue Line Light Rail route to the Warehouse District Station followed by less than a 2 block walk a convenient option for getting to our office.

Foundry Partners’ Cleveland office is located in the Skylight Office Tower. The building is part of Tower City Center and is within walking distance of nearby hotels, dining, Cleveland’s Convention Center, Medical Mart, and various sporting options. If coming to visit, our guests can use the RTA to travel from the airport to downtown Cleveland or it is approximately a 13 mile cab ride to the center of downtown.
